Cookie Policy

How RiskCurb uses cookies and similar technologies.

Last updated August 2026

This is draft copy for an early-stage product. It is not legal advice and is not yet a binding agreement. Final policy language will be published before general availability.

01

What cookies we use

RiskCurb uses essential cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the service, plus limited analytics to understand how the product is used so we can improve it.

Essential cookies maintain your session, keep sign-in secure, and remember basic preferences. They are needed for the service to work.

There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this site.

02

Current cookies

This is the set of cookies the service actually sets today, with each duration as configured. Where a duration cannot be pinned down, we say so plainly rather than invent one.

Analytics, where enabled, runs on Umami. It does not use cookies to identify you, so it does not appear in this list.

sb-<project>-auth-token

Set during sign-in. Keeps your session secure and remembers who is signed in.

Set during sign-in, refreshed while your session is active.

theme

Remembers whether you chose light, dark, or system appearance, so pages load in the mode you picked.

One year.

sidebar:state

Remembers whether your workspace sidebar is open or collapsed.

Seven days, refreshed as you use the app.

layout-style

Remembers your chosen workspace layout. The current app reads it if present but no longer sets it.

Until you clear it.

03

Managing cookies

You can control non-essential cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may affect how the service works.

Blocking analytics cookies does not restrict access to the product. Blocking essential cookies will interrupt sign-in and session handling.

Most browsers let you review and clear cookies per site. Your choice takes effect on your next visit.
